Kamel Daoud, writer and journalist, is notably the author of The Meursault Investigation (2014, Goncourt Prize for a First Novel) and Zabor, or The Psalms (2017), both published by Actes Sud. He was awarded the 2024 Goncourt Prize for Houris."
